Cold Soba Noodles
Want to eat something quick? But bored of eating your usual instant noodle stash? Let's jazz it up with a quick meal which takes the same amount of effort and time.
INGREDIENTS
3 BASICS:
- Hakubaku Organic Soba Noodle Packet
- Sukina Soba Tsuyu Sauce
- Water
FANCY ADD ONS (Optional):
- 1 Green Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Egg, soft or hard boiled
- Sesame Seeds
- Daikon (White Radish)
- Wasabi
LET'S GET COOKIN'!
- Grab a decent sized pot to fit the soba noodles, fill it with water and boil your noodles according to the package instructions.
- KEY POINT: Rinse your noodles under cold water, drain well and plate in a bowl.
- In a seperate small bowl, pour in your Tsuyu sauce and add water to your tasting.
- Plate and serve.

- Grab a decent sized pot to fit the soba noodles, fill it with water and boil your noodles according to the package instructions.
- KEY POINT: Rinse your noodle under cold water along with a few ice cubes, drain well and plate into a bowl.
- Prep and grate your daikon (white radish) into a paste, set aside.
- In a small bowl, pour in your Tsuyu sauce and dump in your grated daikon, add water and wasabi to your tasting.
- Garnish plate with eggs, spread the shallots and sesame seeds beautifully on top and serve.
