Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Bamboe Lodeh spice paste
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 1 potato, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup tofu, cubed
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.

  2. Add the Bamboe Lodeh spice paste to the pot and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Add the coconut milk, water, carrot, and potato to the pot and bring the mixture to a boil.

  4. Reduce the heat to medium-low and let the vegetables cook for 10-15 minutes until they are partially cooked.

  5. Add the green beans, cabbage, and tofu to the pot and stir well to combine.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Continue to cook the Lodeh for another 10-15 minutes until all the vegetables are tender and cooked through.

  8. Serve hot with steamed rice.
